ATM Cardless Withdrawal

Our new ATM Cardless Service allow you to withdraw cash from our ATMs without the need of your physical debit card

We are pleased to introduce our new ATM Cardless Service allowing you to withdraw cash from our ATMs without the need of your physical debit card by using the “Cardless” functionality on the ATM.

In order to benefit from the Cardless Service you are kindly requested to visit your branch for enrollment.

We bring to your attention the following risks associated with the Cardless Service and the actions to be taken in case of occurrence not limited to:

  • Phone stolen: Inform the Bank immediately (through the Branch or Call Center 1510)
  • Mobile number sold: Inform the Bank immediately (through the Branch or Call Center 1510)
  • Stopping the Service: Inform the Bank (through the Branch or Call Center 1510)
  • Sharing your PIN with third party: It is highly recommended NOT to share your PIN with any third party.
