As of March 2011, BLC Bank operates a network of thirty-five branches in Lebanon and is also a 95.61% shareholder of USB Bank PLC - Cyprus which has a network of sixteen branches throughout Cyprus.

BLC Bank' subsidiaries are USB Bank PLC – Cyprus, BLC Finance SAL and BLC Services SAL.

Internationally, BLC Bank deals with a large number of correspondent banks to facilitate its clients’ international needs in trade finance, international and cross-borders transactions.
