Metropolis Association
For the second consecutive year, BLC Bank partners with Metropolis Association for the support of young talents and promoting Beirut as a prominent advocator of film culture. Metropolis aims to defend and promote cinema by presenting it in different genres, eras and tendencies.
This year’s agenda will start with Scrapbook: a month of Lebanese Cinema with the releases of 8 Lebanese films produced between 2010 and 2012.
Résonnance-Liban Foundation
Résonnance-Liban Foundation was established in 2003. The purpose of the foundation is to "offer free classical music in places where it doesn’t exist."
It gives free concerts for children in schools, in aid homes for the disabled, in retirement homes for the elderly, even in companies and especially for the prisoners. Thus, fifty concerts are given every year in Lebanon.
