1. Your resume (CV).
2. A copy of your ID.
3. A copy of your criminal record.
4. A copy of each partner’s / shareholder’s ID (If applicable).
5. A copy of each partner’s / shareholder’s criminal record (If applicable).
6. A recent certificate from the commercial register issued within the past 6 months.
7. The proof of the business premises (rental contract/ title deed).
8. The licenses or permits of the business (If applicable).
9. The tax identification number.
10. NSSF Quitus (If available).
11. Financial Statements (Audited / Unaudited) - for the last 3 years (If applicable). In case of newly established company, please provide Financial Statements for one financial year minimum.
12. Cash Flow Projection for the next 3 years (If available).
13. Corporate Governance (If available).
14. Any documents of your choice (logo, images of your product, press articles, press releases...).
